The first visit
New is COMPLETELY okay
They don't need to know Jiu-Jitsu, understand the rules or be particularly sporty before they arrive. That's what we're here for.
We'll introduce them to the class, help them settle in and make sure they understand what's happening. All they need to do is give it a go.
Does my child need any experience?
Not at all. Curated Tinys is designed to give children a strong introduction to Jiu-Jitsu, including those who've never tried a martial art before.
What if my child is shy or nervous?
That's completely normal. Our coaches will help them settle in and there's no expectation for a new child to understand everything straight away.
What if they're shy or don't join in straight away?
That's completely normal. We give children time to become comfortable with the environment, coaches and other children.
