(3-4 years): Play-based movement and coordination skills for toddlers, designed to build balance, focus, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

What types of programs do you offer at Curated Jiu-Jitsu?

We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs for individuals and families. Whether you're enrolling your child, joining as a teen, or starting as an adult, we provide structured programs suited for every age and skill level.

I want to enroll my child, but I'm not sure if they’ll enjoy it. How do you ensure kids stay engaged?

We create a positive and encouraging environment that makes learning fun for kids. Our instructors are experienced in teaching children, helping them build confidence, learn discipline, and stay engaged in every class.

As an adult, will I be out of place in classes if I’ve never done Jiu-Jitsu before?

Not at all. Many of our adult students start with no experience. Our programs are tailored to beginners, so you’ll never feel left behind. You’ll be guided through each step in a supportive environment.

Do you have contracts or long-term commitments?

No, we never have contracts that tie you up. We do a one-off upfront payment for uniform, thereafter you will be automatically enrolled into a rolling monthly direct debit, offering you flexibility without long-term obligations.

How do I get started?

The first step is to experience us by booking in. This will give us a chance to understand your goals, whether they’re for you or your family, and tailor a program that suits your needs.
